DealBill provides the following services:

• 1. Discount and Cashback Platform: Registered users receive 10%–20% or more discounts at partner stores.
• 2. Vendor Listing: Local shops are listed on the DealBill app using GPS-based location tracking.
• 3. Referral and Reward System: Users earn rewards for referring new members or vendors.
• 4. Subscription Service: Annual subscription at ₹365 per user.
• 5. Customer Support: Email and chat-based support available 6 days a week.

Service Availability

• DealBill app and website shall maintain 99% uptime excluding scheduled maintenance.
• Any planned downtime will be notified 24 hours in advance through email or app notification.
• Support team shall respond to customer complaints within 48 working hours.
